Food That Builds Immune System

The body's immune system is a network of tissues, cell, organ and other materials that fends off infection and other illness.

I am aware that consuming hot tea and chicken soup while sick is said to subdue the ailments.

 But can food help you from an illness in the first place ?

Can eating a certain food really boost your immunity ?

There's no food that can work as a magic cure to your illness, eating a full diet that is rich in minerals and fruits helps enhance your system.

 

They strengthen your immune system to fight against illness and help you get better sooner when you are sick.

There are many chances that eating a healthy diet builds your immunity to illness.

What you put in your body is necessary for your overall health.

your immune system helps defend against any invader like the flu and cold.



Fatty Fish

All fish are a good example of body building food , energy giving food that improves heart health.

They reduce  the risk of dying of heart diseases.

Eating more omega-3 fat helps to keep your immune system in good shape.

They are a good source of anti-inflammatory, we have albacore tuna, salmon, mackerel, sardines as a good example of fatty fish.

There are some fish that contain Mercury that can be harmful to children or pregnant women.

Parents should check with a doctor about eating fish.

Citrus Fruits

Several compounds in citrus fruits can enhance markers of heart health.

For example, their soluble fiber and flavonoids may improve cholesterol levels.

You probably drink orange juice when you are sick thinking that the vitamin c would help like a magic cure around your body.

Vitamin c helps prevent or shorten infection by building immune cell function.

They are mostly found in citrus fruits like lemons,oranges, grapefruit, and limes.

Garlic

Related to onions, leeks, and Chive is the herd garlic ( Allium sativum) conditions pertaining to the heart and blood stream are frequently treated with it.

Pungent vegetables come with plenty of health benefits like building your heart health.

Garlic also boosts your immune system thanks to allin which is also linked to improving the response of white blood cells that prevent flu or cold viruses.


Ginger

Ginger contain vitamin c magnesium and potassium.

So many people use ginger in baking.

Knowing that it helps decrease inflammation  in addition to a flavor boost

Broccoli

They are stalking vegetables that are full of vitamin A, C and E and are a good source of fiber.

 Its sulfur compound allin in the production of glutathione.

With my research, glutathione is an antioxidant that fights free radicals by using their effects on your immune system.


Yogurt

It is a probiotic that helps your gut health by keeping it full of good bacteria.

Eating a diary based food helps your immune system.

There is a connection between your immune system and microbiome. 

They work with each other to reduce pathogens and improve the more responses but before you buy different yogurt make sure you consider the amount of sugar in it

When it comes to eating food that can  improve your immune system, there is no one miracle food.

Eating food that is full of minerals and vitamins keeps you healthy and gives you a strong immune system.
